Security Supervisor -Centec II

We are looking for an Security supervisor. This position is responsible for surveillance activities, compliance with legal security requirements, fire prevention activities and theft prevention. The vacancy is to be positioned in Saltillo, MX, and will report to local H.R. Manager.

Your Role

• Plans, supervises and coordinates installation of site security surveillance systems, including CCTV, access controls, intrusion alarms, fire detection and evacuation alarms.
• Keeps control of the lock & key system.
• Provides timely risk assessments, security incident reports, security briefings and alerts.
• Implements, coordinates, and executes Global Security programs.
• Conducts investigations as required.
• Carry out and/or participates on security/risk mitigation analysis and provides recommendations.
• Implements, coordinates, and maintains loss prevention programs for high security areas.
• Coordinates the security guarding service in partnership with Global Security.
• Coordinates security for special events and provides support during corporate staff visits.
• Responsible for establishing adequate communication channels with law enforcement and crime prevention authorities.
• Ensures compliance to applicable local code requirements with support from related areas.

Your Background

Education level required: completed Bachelor's Degree.

Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.

Technical Knowledge:

• English - 50%
• Use of Microsoft Office
• Experience on solving investigations
• CTPAT & OEA
• Fire Protection & Life Safety
