We’re looking for a Senior Account Supervisor, Digital Experience to join our New York office. This is an incredible opportunity to use your expertise & experience to solve business problems for brands through the thoughtful application of digital best practices and creative thinking.Â
As a Senior Account Supervisor, Digital Experience, you will be an integral part of a team leading social first content creation for one of the world’s greatest tech brands. You will be charged with introducing clients to the power of building compelling stories, social strategies, and experiences, all directed by a confluence of data and leading-edge technology. You’ll join a team that prioritizes curiosity, collaboration, and kindness.

About the Role:
- Act as day-to-day contact for mid and senior level clients, responsible for providing strategic solutions on anything/everything social and digital marketing
- Live in the social platforms – understand and articulate best practices based on business needÂ
- Manage multiple, fast-moving projects with the ability to manage up and down, to ensure the team meets deadlines and stays on budgetÂ
- Take client input briefs and advise how social and digital can add tangible value in solving specific business challengesÂ
- Build trusting client relationships across the organization, navigating client approval processes and structureÂ
- Serve as the main point of contact for integrated agency team partners to ensure social content needs are being met, work aligns to the social strategy goals and concerns are flagged and escalated earlyÂ
- Internalize and own client product benefits and articulate in consumer-friendly languageÂ
- Cultivate strong, cross-practice relationships to develop opportunities to grow business with existing and new potential clientsÂ
About You:
- 6 to 8 years relevant experience in an agency account role with experience living, breathing, consuming social and digital.Â
- A proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium or large-sized projects simultaneously
- Experience developing social campaigns, implementing best practices and imparting knowledge to junior team members
- Passion for building and executing unique, fresh, and thoughtful social media strategies and campaigns across all channels
- Strong knowledge of content marketing, paid media/advertising, influencer marketing, and other digital disciplines
- Experience presenting and articulating social strategy, including campaign goals, objectives, and how success is measuredÂ
- Consumer and technology marketing experience a plusÂ
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
