• Accurate and efficient processing of invoices in SAP, ensuring proper coding, supporting documentation, and approval
• Reconciliation of vendor statements and transactions to ensure precision in aging reports
• Cooperation with the Procurement team and vendors to investigate, reconcile, and rectify discrepancies on vendor accounts
• Examination and processing of employee expense reports utilizing Concur
• Provision of support to the Accounts Payable team on diverse projects and tasks
• Maintenance of a professional demeanor and meticulousness consistently
• Application of strong organizational and time management skills to achieve deadlines
• Clear communication in both written and verbal methods
• Demonstration of an eagerness to learn new systems, processes, and abilities
• Performance both autonomously and collaboratively within a team context

• Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in Excel
• Competency in utilizing SAP and Concur Invoice
• Background in Supply Planning
• Skills in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with Zendesk and other ticketing systems
• Understanding of fundamental accounting principles
• Capability to work with minimal supervision
