We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Senior Advisor who knows how to reach and engage with different audiences on a human level.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter: 

The role involves unveiling the inner workings of our dynamic industry, highlighting the passion, care, and hands-on approach that define our thriving culture at Saputo.

Reporting into the Corporate Talent Management team, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisitions (TA) teams across our divisions (Canada, USA, Argentina, UK, Australia) to get a clear view of divisional hiring needs and organizational goals
• Plan and implement a recruitment marketing strategy using both internal and external channels and leveraging our values and Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
• Develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
• Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns
• Contribute to community management activities on various channels
• Oversee the yearly budget allocation
• Track, measure and report on campaign results
• Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
• Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
• Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
• Research marketing and advertising trends in manufacturing industry
• Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels

As part of their duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada or in North America. 

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications: 

• Previous working experience preferably in Recruitment Marketing for 3-5 years
• In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
• A bachelor's degree in HR, marketing, or related fields
•  Good understanding of recruitment processes, candidates’ selection methods and social media
• Outstanding project management skills
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills to influence and build strong relationships
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver

• Bilingual (English and French, Spanish is an asset)

Salary range:

$76,625 - $100,100

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
