Job Description
As a Medical Records Summarizer, you will review extensive medical records related to casualty claims. Your task is to create concise summaries covering key aspects such as prior injuries, provider details, diagnoses, diagnostics, and treatment summaries. These summaries assist Claims Adjusters in evaluating the severity & nature of injuries sustained for efficient and accurate claim evaluation and settlement.

Job Overview

As a Medical Records Summarizer, you will review extensive medical records related to casualty claims. Your task is to create concise summaries covering key aspects such as prior injuries, provider details, diagnoses, diagnostics, and treatment summaries. These summaries assist Claims Adjusters in evaluating the severity & nature of injuries sustained for efficient and accurate claim evaluation and settlement.

Responsibilities

• Review extensive medical records related to casualty claims and create concise summaries in predefined template based on process guidelines covering prior injuries, diagnoses, treatments, and provider details.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or postgraduate from medical background (such as BAMS, BHMS, BDS, BPT B. Pharm, Nursing etc.,)
• Candidates with experience in auto-casualty claims processing are preferred.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft tools and technologies.
