Role: - Associate Consultant/Sr. Associate Consultant (Business Analyst-Finance and Banking)

Location: - Sydney

Status - 6 Months fixed term, extendable based on project requirement

JOB DESCRIPTION: -

Core Skills required-

• 5-7 years of business analysis, business process improvement/re-engineering
• Strong understanding of technology, including integrations between systems
• Project experience delivering in complex technology landscapes with numerous integration points
• Lead Business Analyst in major end-to-end business system implementation, including process re-engineering, business transformation initiatives and system integrations.
• Lead Business Analyst in major information technology delivery projects ensuring solution enables business processes to deliver the desired business outcomes and value.
• Facilitation of business solution workshops involving participants from senior management to business users.

Preferred :

• Financial industry experience
• Institutional banking experience
• LoanIQ experience

Additional Skills:

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
