Job Description

The Senior Associate, Business & IT Consulting is responsible for providing primarily data analytics and robotic process automation solutions and secondarily, audit support and attest and advisory solutions for diverse organizations, for very small companies (5 employees) through sophisticated midmarket organizations (~3,000 employees). You will be responsible for assisting the director of IT security and data analytics in planning and managing engagements, discussing KBQs and KPIs with clients during discovery sessions, creating data models and visualizations using different DA tools, creating RPA solutions using scripting and BOT technologies, and assisting in implementing new automation concepts.

 AAF’s Business & IT Advisors earn the role of trusted business advisor with solutions such as: business process improvement and internal controls, ERP and financial package selection, IT audits, technology risk assessments, IT strategy development, privacy assessment, data analytics, robotic process automation and fraud detection, leveraging Cloud services, and outsourcing strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Run client engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, executing, directing, and completing Data Analytics and RPA and managing to budget.

Data Analytics / Robotic Process Automation

• Data analytics, large volumes of data, data extraction and manipulation
• Robotic Process Automation for internal and external projects.

Maintain a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff at all levels to perform services.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives and utilize that knowledge on engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, or Information Technology.
• Two or more years of working experience with Data Analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau.
• Two or more tears working experience with RPA tools and bot technology.
• Two or more years of IT experience in a similar practice or function with a reputable firm (big 4 is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Experience with Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Certification in any of the Data Analytics tools a plus.

This role reports to the Director of IT Security and Data Analytics of AAFCPAs’ Business & IT Consulting Practice.
