Senior Automation Tester in JavaScript

We are searching for a skilled Senior Automation Tester who can work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate should possess a robust knowledge of JavaScript and show proficiency in constructing and executing automated tests using Playwright in TypeScript.

• Comprehend the objectives and scope of the testing initiatives
• Retrieve "ready to test" stories from the project board
• Perform initial manual tests before proceeding to automation
• Enhance or revise the existing automation test suite
• Formulate comprehensive test cases and scenarios
• Work alongside team members to elevate test productivity
• Detect and document bugs and inconsistencies
• Engage in problem-solving and issue triage to minimize effects
• Keep detailed and clear records of testing methodologies
• Uphold quality standards and adhere to test design guidelines

• Minimum of 3 years in Test Automation
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience in test automation with Playwright in TypeScript
• Background in API testing and parallel testing
• Expertise in test design principles and methodologies

• Proficiency in Java
• Familiarity with Cypress.io
• Capability to efficiently select web elements using CSS
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipeline and CI/CD practices
