We build commercial software solutions for airline companies seeking to challenge the status quo of enterprise applications. Using modern software development approaches and the latest engineering technologies, we help airlines maximize their revenues, improve their workflows, and achieve organizational efficiency.

In this role you’ll have a chance to:

• Contribute to the software development lifecycle with a team of developers, addressing scalability challenges in a complex domain model.

• Implement feature requirements from the product team in biweekly sprints.

• Write unit and service tests to cover all feature scenarios.

• Take responsibility for the team's code and work together on continuous improvement.

• Be part of a scrum team, joining refinement, planning, and retrospective meetings.

• Participate in design and architecture discussions, sharing your opinions and valuing the input of peers.

About the ideal candidate 

To succeed in Software Development Engineer role, you’re required to have relevant experience in the following areas;

• Kotlin, Java and Spring (Boot/Cloud/Batch/Integration) frameworks

• Excellent knowledge of SQL

• Unit testing, Integration Testing, Experience with Test Containers

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform Services, Kubernetes and microservice architecture is a big plus

• Knowledge of message queue systems (Apache Kafka/Google PubSub/RabbitMq) is a big plus

• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies and SaaS applications is nice to have

• Experience with Vue.js is nice to have

• Subject matter expert on knowledge of the complete software development lifecycle

• Advanced level of written and oral English communication skills

• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
