Do you thrive in a data-driven environment where your insights can make a real impact? If so, you’re in luck because we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented senior business intelligence analyst to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

This role is critical in helping our organization make data-driven decisions by providing actionable insights and maintaining data integrity.

Key responsibilities of the senior business intelligence analyst at Coveo:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for insightful data visualization.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and plan effective reporting solutions.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to track performance, and conduct regular data validation to ensure accuracy.
• Partner with data architects and analysts to deliver insights, simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and share findings in meetings.
• Train stakeholders on dashboard use, and stay updated on BI trends to enhance functionality and user experience.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of SQL and other data querying languages.

What would make you stand out

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake.
• Knowledge of dbt, considered a plus.
