Senior Business Systems Analyst - Digital Supply Chain

We are looking for a passionate Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) digital supply chain! The role will help analyze and improve business processes and systems/tools, bridge the gap between IT solutions and business problems with a focus on digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain. As a new position just created in the digital supply chain transformation area, you will get the opportunity to work with talent people and contribute to NVIDIA's accelerated supply chain digitalization through various breakthroughs.

What you'll be doing:

• Analyze business processes: collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand or document current business processes and identify areas for improvement through digital transformation.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions that support digital supply chain initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals and requirements, and enable our organization to leverage digital technologies.
• Project Management: Overseeing digital transformation projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with stakeholders across various functions to gather requirements, communicate project statuses, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Data Integration and Analytics: Utilize Python and other data science tools to extract insights from various discrete data sources, translate data into insights using various analysis and visualization tools, ensure the integration of quality data from various sources and leveraging analytics to drive supply chain improvements.
• Leverage Power BI, Tableau, Dash Plotly and other world class tools to improve collaboration amongst Operations.
• Risk Management: Addressing concerns within the digital supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
• Change Management: Facilitating change management processes to help the organization adapt to new digital supply chain solutions and practices.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation: Staying updated on the latest digital supply chain trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

What we need to see:

• 8+ years experience in BSA or digital supply chain transformation or software development.
• Superior communication, presentation, quantitative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced level skills with business software applications.
• Advanced modeling and predictive analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation is essential for extracting actionable insights from complex datasets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing supply chain processes.
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies that align with the company's broader goals.
• Expertise in managing the transition from current state to new digital ways of working, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
• Skills in evaluating and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Strong project management skills to oversee the entire lifecycle of digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the program ambitions.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring cohesive efforts towards achieving digital transformation objectives.
• Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project goals, progress, and outcomes to all levels of the organization, including senior leaders.
