Job Description
What you'll do:
Senior CI Engineer role and responsibilities heavily related on full integration and deployment of ECIS (Eaton Continuous Improvement System). In order to be successful in this role, in-depth understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies are mandatory. Practicing these methods, leading and facilitating kaizen events in manufacturing operations and support functions. Senior CI Engineer is a key role in achieving the profit plan cost-out targets, executing strategic projects, creating the CI culture and demonstrating operational excellence widely in organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and implement improvements in production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies: Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure that process improvements are integrated and sustained across the organization as well as with contractors.
- Project Management: Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and other continuous improvement projects.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and identify areas for further enhancement.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Training and Mentoring: Provide training and support to teams on new process changes and continuous improvement techniques.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects to senior management.
- Industrialization of new products to manufacturing / outsourcing
- Manage change activities and ensure safety in projects execution

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Digitalization, SCM
- Excellent analytics and data processing skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills, co-operative and collaborates easily throughout the organization.
