Your role

As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will rectify the problem and propose/refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

- Manage and maintain O365, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Perform day-to-day activities within M365 tenant, including user provisioning, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, roles, and permissions.
- Administer and maintain Exchange Online, including mailbox policies, mail flow rules, and email security measures.
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Teams templates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage and configure Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Collaborate with cloud, application, and network administrators.
- Create technical documentation for implementations, break-fix solutions, and end-user guides.
- Experience with On-prem Active Directory.
- Analyse and monitor outages, trends, and global issues with Microsoft stack applications.
- Understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Utilize PowerShell scripting and APIs for automation.
- Support and contribute to Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with M365 Defender and Microsoft Purview.

Preferred
- Good understanding on Telecom domain
- Extensive experience in Azure AD and O365.
