JOB PURPOSE

For our office in Cologne (or Berlin, Hamburg, remote) we are looking for a mid-level or senior Brand Experience Specialist GER (m/f/div) with German knowledge, brand affinity, interest in search engine optimization and a knack for writing.

As a mid-level or senior Brand Experience Specialist GER (m/f/div) you are part of our online editorial team and create SEO-optimized content for German marketplaces, especially Amazon. You are responsible for creating keyword sets based on detailed analyses of customer search behaviour and creating meaningful titles, bullet points and product descriptions that guarantee our customers maximum visibility. You make sure that the quality standards are guaranteed in the GER team. Together with our graphic designers, you will create visual content and even create online stores for our clients. You also work on uploading the content after the creation and synchronising it for various e-retailers. Furthermore, you are involved in project management and customer communication. So you coordinate with the team in various projects. You organise your daily work and own projects independently in consultation with your Team Lead. You are part of an international team with whom you share your ideas and insights in order to best place your content on Amazon for our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creation of SEO-optimized content for German e-retailers (especially Amazon)
• Cooperation with the graphic designers to create enhanced/visual content and online stores
• Upload and synchronisation of content
• Managing (own) clients for content-related topics including direct client communication
• Support with improving internal processes, giving internal (and external) workshops

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Are a German speaker and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing with very good grammar and spelling skills and an eye for detail
• Are comfortable with English communication, as it’s our main internal (and partly also external) communication language
• Have a high Internet affinity and a great interest in all new e-commerce topics
• Can quickly familiarise yourself with new topics, act in a highly customer-oriented manner and have very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Work independently, reliably and in a structured manner
• Are a teamplayer and motivated to advance topics
• Have self-confidence and professionalism in client communication and meetings
• Are creative, open-minded and are looking for a challenge
• Have a quick apprehension and a good understanding of language
• It’s beneficial if you already built up expertise on the eRetailer landscape Germany
• It’s beneficial if you have experience in managing clients & client communication
• It’s beneficial if you know more about Google and/or Amazon SEO
• It’s beneficial if you have experience in the Google tools like Spreadsheet, Slides and Docs
• It’s beneficial if you have basic photoshop or Figma skills
