Job Description

• Support larger creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation for social platforms 

• Complete research projects and other day-to-day requests

• Assist in asset creation and delivers work for social media space

• Demonstrate strong strategic sense and concept against a creative brief

• Stays current on latest industry and social media trends

• Be consistent and detail oriented when creating content (keeping in mind brand guidelines, grammar, tone, etc.)

• Maintain high quality on creative deliverables

• Lean into the production of ideas and see them through to completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Communications, Creative Writing or Advertising/ Portfolio School 
• 3 – 5 years of writing experience within an advertising or marketing agency
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual brand work for social platforms 
• Creative writing pieces; real and spec
• Strong awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns and interactive experiences

Compensation Range: $73,500 - $100,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
