Do you love working with creators? This is your chance to play a pivotal role in scaling the success of high-potential creators and driving the growth of MagicLinks’ affiliate performance. As a Senior Creator Growth Manager, you’ll be at the intersection of data, business development, and influencer strategy, helping to shape the future of creator monetization. If you’re passionate about using data to unlock new growth opportunities, building strong creator relationships, and educating influencers on how to maximize their earnings, this role is perfect for you!
The Opportunity
We’re looking for someone based in LA or NYC who is energized by face-to-face interactions, whether it’s attending in-person meetings, networking events, or collaborating with creators to demonstrate the power of MagicLinks’ tools. If you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and are excited to take on a key stakeholder in creator success, this is the opportunity to grow and lead in the heart of the creator economy.Â
What You’ll Do
- Manage a roster of creators across various tiers with the goal of growing creator traffic and earnings month-over-monthÂ
- Report performance on a weekly basis and analyze areas of opportunity for managed creators; make changes to creator strategy to optimize performanceÂ
- Focus on increasing Creators engagement with MagicLinks, conversion and audience growth
- Manage creator education including but not limited to digital events, Creator Success Articles and personal tutorialsÂ
- Own creator representation relationships (requires in–person meetings)
- Execute small-scale influencer campaigns
- Manage tracking & payment for creator monetization opportunities
- Travel to in-person events for networking opportunities (a few times a month)
What We’re Looking For
- 5-8 years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing or business development
- Deep understanding of Tableau, JIRA, Hubspot, Google Suite
- Experience in affiliate marketing and/ or creator monetization
- Possess a growth mindset with high urgency and initiative
- Strategic and critical thinker who is able to grasp new monetization concepts quickly and is self-motivated
- Proven communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with social platforms and keeps up with industry/ influencer trends
- Passionate about the creator / influencer space. Existing creator relationships are a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
