Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Engineer to guide clients in leveraging our state-of-the-art technical capabilities for optimal success. Your primary responsibility will be driving the adoption of the Technology Risk and Compliance product in close collaboration with our customers. This includes developing and implementing innovative solutions to align our product with the customer's technology landscape, ensuring customer success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure the product delivers exceptional value to our clients. Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor and mentor for both internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

  • Trusted advisor: Engage with clients to fully understand their requirements, pain points, and objectives for the Technology Risk and Compliance product. Serve as the subject matter expert and act as a trusted advisor for our enterprise customers, including C-level contacts, enabling the team to make informed decisions and ensure a successful product adoption.
  • Develop, implement, and support solutions: Design, develop, and validate scalable and innovative solutions that address client requirements, improve efficiency, and maximize the value of the product. Guide the implementation of the Technology Risk and Compliance product based on customer feedback, providing post-implementation support and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to guide the development of the Technology Risk and Compliance product based on customer feedback.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution architecture, design specifications, and user guides.
  • Mentor and guide: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory position as a solution architect, software developer, or a similar role
  • 3+ years of experience in technology risk management analysis and compliance governance; or systems integration
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Working knowledge and development experience with SAP BTP
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
