Job Description
LL Flooring is looking for a KPI and customer-obsessed Customer Data Analyst to help build and execute strategies driving the company's continued growth in Retail and eCommerce. This role offers the unique opportunity to drive large scale, highly visible projects across different teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform deep dive analysis on customer data, marketing performance and overall business performance to generate insights that would inform company strategy
- Conduct day-to-day customer-level analyses to support stakeholders (marketing et al)
- Analyze customer insights, provide audience recommendations, create audience segments, and measure performance of campaigns and tests to support CRM strategy
- Execute audience segments for Email and Digital Marketing campaigns
- Create customer KPI reports to increase understanding of the business (lifecycle, churn, average spend, frequency)
- Manage Customer Insights Dashboards, providing summary of key insights for stakeholders on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Understand and have a working knowledge of customer/transactional level data
- Understand data sources to determine the correct source(s) and logic to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely deliverables
- Build, run and automate data queries, analysis and reports
- Build models to support predictive customer behavior, including clustering, lifetime value (LTV/CLV), propensity, etc.
- Anticipate future insight needs/opportunities and deliver self-initiated value to LL Flooring
- Translate client needs and requirements into specific data, logic and reporting requirements and realistic work plans
- Support CRM/IT in the reconciliation of data from a variety of sources; devise and/or improve processes to monitor data and ensure its accuracy and integrity
- Develop data test plans, manage and execute user acceptance testing to ensure accuracy of customer attributes across internal systems

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- BA / BS in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related areas from accredited four-year college or university, required
Related Experience, Qualifications and/or Certifications:
- 2-5 years' experience in CRM, Customer, Marketing, or Data Analytics
Computer Skills / Special Equipment Knowledge:
- Ability to combine, cleanse and harmonize data for descriptive and predictive analytics
- Hands on experience with data modeling, data manipulation, and data warehousing techniques
- Proficient knowledge of database and campaign management
- Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret data effectively to provide insight for strategic partnerships
- Knowledge of email, direct mail and database marketing concepts (such as segmentation) is preferred
- Knowledge of customer data management such as customer data consolidation, cleansing, and testing is preferred
Ability to manage and synthesize large sets of complex data and present actionable insights in a clear, concise manner
Proficient at all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Competencies in utilizing SQL for data retrieval and analysis
Other coding languages are a plus (R, Python, etc.)
Experience using campaign/journey building tools and/or CDP preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Individuals in this position generally work in an office environment that involves the use of office equipment, such as computers, copiers, telephones, and other office machinery/equipment. Individuals may experience occasional exposure to a retail sale and/or warehouse environment involving material moving and heavy equipment (e.g. forklift) where there may be some exposure to moderate noise, outdoor elements (heat and cold) and airborne particles.
