Position Title: Sr Data Analyst

About the role

LTK’s Revenue Insights and Network Operations team is an integral component of the company’s overall mission.  As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work cross-functionally across LTK to identify, size, and execute revenue improvement opportunities.  Furthermore, you will provide insights to optimize LTK’s core platform operations.  This will require a creative, analytical, and technically proficient individual with a strong desire to drive concrete business outcomes while balancing the dynamics of business and tech.  

In this role, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that combines analytical lens, expert domain knowledge, and deep industry experience to unlock revenue opportunities.  As the analytics expert, you will use a data-driven approach to produce key insights and rally XFN stakeholders to turn them into actions.  You will have a unique opportunity to build and shape a critical function directly responsible for multiplying LTK’s revenue growth trajectory through operational excellence.  We seek proactive problem solvers and collaborative partners – someone who doesn’t take no for an answer and embraces ambiguity.  Executive communication skills, a track record of building XFN partnerships, and expertise in driving outcomes through analytics are essential for this role.

This role focuses on Revenue and Platform Analytics within the Revenue Insights and Network Operations team.  You will leverage data analytics to identify revenue improvement opportunities that impact all areas of the business.  Through performance monitoring and deep dive analysis, you will be directly responsible for driving revenue wins.

How you will make an impact

  • Identify, analyze and prioritize revenue improvement opportunities in LTK’s revenue funnel 
  • Build and leverage dashboards to monitor LTK’s Link and Catalog platform coverage and health
  • Deep dive into LTK performance data sets to create relevant core platform performance metrics and identify key trends
  • Make compelling, data-driven business cases to product leaders to produce outcomes.  Influence product strategy and development roadmap
  • Develop hypotheses, analyze experiment results, and make recommendations
  • Elevate key learnings into an executive-level narrative for effective communication
  • Build repeatable processes and playbooks to enable the organization to scale

What you will bring to LTK

  • 5+ years experience in a quantitative role
  • Proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation to drive actionable insights and decisions 
  • Strong communication skills - you can present your findings in a clear and articulate way to groups of various stakeholders to drive decision making through interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • A self-starter with a curious nature and passion for data; you “think outside the box” and “around the corner” with fierce attention to detail
  • A deep desire to prove yourself right or wrong and make smart decisions without ego
  • Empathy and intellectual humility to build strong rapport and thought-partnerships with colleagues
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment and drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment; you display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals (wearing both hats simultaneously)
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Proficiency with BI visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (Impact, Commission Junction, ShareASale, Awin, Rakuten, Partnerize etc.) is a plus

Additional Functional requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; your major can be anything - we love diverse educational backgrounds, but you have a strong quantitative foundation
  • Demonstrable record of professional and academic achievements
  • Experience in building, inspiring, developing and leading a high-performing team
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
