Job Description
Position Overview: As the Partner Enablement Leader, you will be the driving force behind our partner enablement strategy. Drawing on your deep partner experience in the SaaS industry, you will develop and execute a comprehensive partner enablement and certification program tailored to the unique needs of our partner ecosystem. Your focus will be on building a team capable of equipping our partners with the skills, resources, and support required to excel in their roles throughout their relationship with Freshworks.
Key Responsibilities: In your role as Partner Revenue Enablement Senior Director, you will be entrusted with the crucial task of developing and executing our partner enablement strategy; creating and implementing a customized partner enablement program that equips our partners with the necessary tools, sales and technical skills, and on-going support to thrive. Your success in this role will be defined by your ability to align enablement initiatives with tangible deliverables, working closely with Partners to gain insights into their objectives, challenges, and bottlenecks while also building the Partner experience of tomorrow, helping us to scale more effectively. By leveraging this understanding, you will design a comprehensive curriculum and deployment model that accelerates partner revenue generation, thereby optimizing partner relationships and contributing significantly to Freshworks' overall growth and profitability.
Your role is inherently collaborative, requiring close coordination with various internal teams, including Channel Managers, Sales, Marketing, Product, Proserve and Technical teams. Your goal will be to ensure that partner enablement aligns seamlessly with company strategies and objectives, fostering strong cross-functional relationships to harmonize messaging, processes, and strategies across the organization. Your leadership in this capacity will be instrumental in creating a unified approach to partner enablement that drives success and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Partner or partner enablement within SaaS companies, showcasing complex partner relationships and revenue growth.
- A comprehensive understanding of the SaaS partner ecosystem, including channel partners, technology partners, and resellers.
- Exceptional Enablement and Training skills including strong communication and presentation and the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas.

California Pay Range: $250,000 - $400,000 comprising an annual salary & incentive compensation. You may also be eligible for equity and additional generous company benefits.
