Working as part of the Catapult Sport Finance team, you will primarily be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the the Executive team

You will be able to work independently with key stakeholders as necessary and navigate through a suite of finance applications to deliver quality and timely analysis and insights in a simple but effective way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Partnering with the Business Leaders  you will:

• Partner with Executive team to understand their specific business units
• Analyze and report on P&L actuals v budget variances 
• Undertake budgeting & forecasting for multiple business units while understanding where potential risks and opportunities are
• Drive the development of the CFO Reporting Package, while working with other team members to improve on currently reporting
• Lead the automation in FP&A team reporting working with key stakeholders as needed

What You’ll Need:

• 3-5 years of professional experience with complex financial modeling and analysis, preferably within fast pace, dynamic and change intensive environments. 
• Experience in financial planning & forecasting
• Ability to work independently, take ambiguous tasks and deliver quality output in a timely manner
• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills. Familiarity with equivalent Google Workspace applications would be beneficial
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills (being able to make the complex simple)
• Experience in NetSuite, Salesforce and Workday Adaptive preferred but not essential
• Proven ability to implement efficiency-driven change management in core finance processes, systems, workflows, and controls that result in a material and positive change to the way the company operates.
• A passion for working cross-functionally to optimize processes and enhance organizational efficiency, particularly in a scale-up environment.
• Experience in working within a truly global company, and demonstrating that global first mindset and attitude to work is preferred.
• Experience in Technology based subscription service companies preferred but not essential
