Senior Financial Analyst

What You'll Do

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the CFO, Revenue Operations, and other key leaders to drive strategic planning and keep a pulse on OKRs.
• Forecasting Pro: Assist finance in crafting both short-term and long-range financial predictions.
• Pricing Guru: Oversee and fine-tune our business's pricing, ensuring it stays competitive and relevant.
• Sales Ally: Support our Sales team by analyzing the effectiveness of both new sales strategies and ongoing customer success models.
• Advising: Offer insights to department leaders on efficiency, and dive into detailed analyses when needed.
• Reporting Maestro: Keep our monthly and quarterly reporting sharp, informative, and actionable.
• Accounting Partner: Work hand-in-hand with our accounting team, ensuring the financial plan is on point and that we're closing the books smoothly.
• Trendspotter: Spot risks, opportunities, and trends. Offer recommendations to keep our OKRs in line with our overarching goals.

About You and What Skills You'll Need

• Education: BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Experience: 3-5 years in fields like corporate finance or investment banking.
• Systems Expert: Familiarity with accounting systems, BI tools, Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
• Team Connecter: Comfortable working across teams and juggling inputs from multiple departments.
• Detail-Oriented Thinker: You have a sharp eye for details without losing sight of the big picture.
• Independent Achiever: You're self-motivated, need little direction, and are always eager to learn and grow.
