OVERVIEW:Â
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams and executive leadership as it relates to Global Go to Market/Advertising expenses. The primary focus of this role will be to support the annual budget and forecasting process, as well as to report on financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results against budgets and forecasts. This position will assist in improving financial status through management and optimization of Global Advertising expenses and cross-functional implementation of financial processes as they relate to Global Go to Market initiatives.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:Â
- Manage ~$200M of expense planning and reporting, during a period of exceptional sales and category growth, with the responsibility of (1) direct report
- Forecast and budget various elements of the P&L, creating processes and models where necessary to improve quality of insight and speed
- Work cross-functionally to develop financial models for analysis
- Assist ongoing process improvement, both within Finance and with business partners
- Build deliverables that condense complex topics into actionable information that is communicated effectively to the business, as well as Finance leadership
- Learn under an expericed Finance leadership team with a diverse background
- Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) along with good sound interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Solid analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under supervision or guidance and meet deadlines
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting,Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Data Analysis, or a related role
