Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Job:

LiveIntent is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team, who can help us improve, extend and revolutionize our web interface to improve how advertisers and publishers interact. We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer that has strong debugging skills, detail oriented, motivated to improve their craft, and is willing to bring that spirit of improvement to the workplace. Our ideal candidate has a track record of excelling in front-end environments, showcasing a genuine interest in crafting engaging user interfaces and seamless experiences. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will work in an agile environment with talented, cross-functional teams to design, implement, and iterate on products that satisfy customer needs and guide company growth. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop front-end applications using frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
• Develop back-end applications using frameworks such as Laravel and Django
• Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces that suit a variety of customers and consumers
• Deliver code that is consistently mindful of security, reliability, performance, maintainability, complexity, cost, and scalability
• Work closely with product managers to fully understand the requirements of new features and assist in creating their development plans
• Understand, expand, and improve upon our automated testing frameworks and processes to eliminate the chance of regressions upon release.
• Interact with, understand, and extend upon large and complex datasets
• Improve and maintain existing applications
• Guide and design the development of new interfaces according to brand guidelines

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience with Software Development - preferably with emphasis on front-end
• Possesses a deep knowledge of Javascript and one or more modern front-end languages/frameworks such as Angular, React and VueUnderstanding of web architecture and back-end integrations.
• Knows how to build web apps that scale
• Familiar with web component libraries such as Bootstrap or Material
• Experience working with third party APIs and integrating them into your applications
• Experience with continuous integration methodologies such as JenkinsKnows UI testing methodologies and adheres to modern testing practices
• AdTech/MarTech experience is a plus, but not required

At LiveIntent, we've introduced a hybrid workplace model to be present with one another, share learnings and collaborate through in-office partnerships. Our office is located at One World Trade Center, with easy transportation access and incredible NYC skyline views. For this role, you'll need to join us in the office 1 day per week (Wednesday) but not every week is needed, you'll also get at least one “Work from Anywhere” week each month to enjoy some flexibility.

The base salary for this position begins at $100,000 with a maximum salary opportunity of $155,000. When determining compensation for roles, we look at the qualifications needed for the position along with the mix of required and preferred skills/experiences, market data, and existing team equity. We rarely hire an individual into a position at the top of the salary band due to the belief that we are hiring people into roles that also challenge them to learn and grow. The band highlights that potential. We put an emphasis on growth and development through our performance and compensation reviews 2x a year in parallel with ongoing conversions with your manager throughout the year.
