Senior Functional Tester

We are seeking a skilled Senior Functional Tester to bolster our remote team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding the testing process across our digital platforms and associated interfaces. The selected candidate will adeptly design test scenarios for new features and lead effective communications to address and rectify issues.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and deploy test cases and scenarios
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document defects and issues
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to diagnose and solve issues
• Conduct regression testing to maintain functionality after bug fixes
• Analyze test results and report findings to the development team
• Keep informed of the latest testing techniques and methodologies
• Follow and uphold established testing standards and protocols
• Coordinate and report on testing progress and results to all relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Functional Tester capacity
• Strong analytical skills for thorough requirement analysis
• Proficient in defect management, including tracking and documenting issues
• Skilled in crafting detailed test cases for functional assessments
• Capable of performing regression testing to confirm stability after updates
• Experienced in utilizing Atlassian Cloud for project oversight and issue tracking
• Fluent in English, with a proficiency level of B2 or higher

• A deep understanding of digital and e-commerce platforms to better align testing strategies with business goals
• Advanced capabilities in using Atlassian tools for enhanced project management and tracking
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes
