We are looking for a Senior GL Accountant, who will take care of transition processes and will be ready for challenging and dynamic business surrounding. We offer a variety of accounting experiences related to profound BS reconciliation, PL review, analytical tasks and lack of boring copy paste.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform GL operational activities (eg. Accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations).
• Accurately and timely perform all month-end closing activities in line with both US GAAP and internal accounting guidelines.
• Prepare and post the accrual and corrective journal entries.
• Analysis and reporting of variances and fluctuations for P&L and BS.
• Communication with various internal departments.
• Responsible for the preparation of specifications/reconciliations and documentation of all submitted financial data.
• Ensure that financial records are kept in accordance with US GAAP / Local GAAP requirements / Tax Compliance.
• Reporting periodically or upon request KPI’s measurements.
• Prepare process documentation: desktop procedures and process maps.
• Ensure that all internal controls and procedures established are followed.
• Communicate with internal and external SSC customers effectively and efficiently

The Individual

• At least 4 years’ experience in General Ledger or any other Accounting Department.

• Fluency in English both written and spoken.

• Bachelor’s degree in Degree in Finances, Accounting, or similar area.

• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• ACCA certificate is advantage (nice to have).

• Good knowledge of modern accounting practices.

• Good Excel skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Very good communication skills.

• Multi-tasking, ability to work with deadlines.

• Self-reliant, proactive, and highly motivated.
