You are a dynamic, creative visionary with advanced technical proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, paired with an eye for detail. As a strong leader and effective communicator you have the ability to mentor junior designers, foster a collaborative environment, and clearly articulate design concepts to stakeholders. Skilled in managing multiple projects, you thrive in fast-paced settings, solving problems efficiently while maintaining high quality. You are passionate about design and branding, committed to enhancing brands’ visual identity, and dedicated to continuous learning, you embody the ideal blend of creativity, leadership, and strategic insight.
How will you create an impact
As a Senior Graphic Designer at DealMaker Reach, you will play a pivotal role in creating assets that reflect our clients’ brands’ visual identity and delivering high-quality design solutions that resonate with their target audiences. Your creative expertise and strategic thinking will drive the development of compelling visual content across various platforms, ensuring consistency and excellence in all design outputs.
Creative Development:
-Lead the design and development of assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
-Innovate and implement new design concepts that enhance brand recognition and appeal.
-Utilize advanced graphic design software and tools to create visually stunning and effective designs.
Creative Leadership:
-Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
-Provide art direction for major projects, ensuring visual coherence and high standards.
Project Management:
-Oversee multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
Innovation and Trends:
-Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our visual content fresh and engaging.
-Experiment with new design techniques and approaches to push creative boundaries and maintain a competitive edge.
What you should have
-At least 4-6 years of experience in graphic design.
-Extensive experience using advanced graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
-Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.
-Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality design solutions.
-Experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers.
-Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
-Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
-Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
-Successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
-Effective communication of design concepts to ensure alignment and understanding.
