Job Description

We need you to be the Senior HR PMO for our European region. You will partner and support the Sr HR Director for Europe through transformation and help deliver key projects for our employees and managers across the region. The incumbent will need to be, hands-on, proactive and will help progress the HR function to the next level. You will support the HR teams in country to transform against the HR roadmap.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Manage a variety of HR projects with our Country HR, for example manager development project
• Track and monitor progress of projects or people initiatives across the region
• Pull teams together to work on projects and ensure delivery
• Work with the regional team on change management and communications
• Support the country HR by tracking deliverables, on integration of acquisitions
• Provide proactive and reliable dashboards and data analysis to support business decisions of areas that need focus
• Provide recurring updated decks for the Quarterly Business Reviews and other analytics
• Support the transition to HR Shared Services.
• Help to ensure timely data reporting and analytics generation for the business stakeholders.
• Coordinate submissions of initiating to WoC and Unions with the country HR team
• Hands on in supporting with (sub)projects and initiate improvements

Qualifications

Essential:

• Have proven background in HR Projects, preferably across several countries
• Experience with PowerBI and other reporting tools
• Experience working in a matrix organisation
• Experience of working in a fast-paced/dynamic environment
• Fluent in English (C1/C2)
• Team player
• Calm under pressure
• Practical hands-on approach

Desirable:

• Experience in medium or large software or technology organizations
• Additional language is appreciated
