Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our Cybersecurity Engineering Professional Services team. 

The IAM Consultant will be pivotal in managing, analyzing, designing, and implementing processes and technologies for automated and intelligent access across multiple consulting clients’ employees, third parties, and infrastructure. This role demands an understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, with expertise extending to Access Management (AM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). 

The candidate will have the following duties/responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of multiple clients’ existing IAM frameworks and processes;
• Design and implement IAM strategies, processes, and frameworks across multiples clients, fulfilling each clients’ unique cybersecurity requirements and integrations with existing systems and applications;
• Manage IAM processes and technology to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness;
• Provide expert guidance and support to multiple clients on IAM best practices;
• Create and conduct IAM training and awareness programmes for multiples clients;
• Contribute to the development of internal IAM methodologies, frameworks, and products;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies. 

Qualifications

The candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Proven experience as an IAM Consultant or similar role;
• Experience with industry compliance, regulations, standards, and frameworks related to cybersecurity and IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar;
• Proficiency in directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP;
• Proficiency in on-premises and cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), their implementations, and related IAM services.
• Proficiency in authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect;
• Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, .NET or Python, for IAM automation and integration tasks.
• Great organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong sense of ethics, integrity, and responsibility;
• Great communication and team work skills;
• Fluency in Portuguese and high proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or similar are highly valued.
• Experience with IAM services and tools such as One Identity, Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar are highly valued;
• Participation in cybersecurity and IAM-related communities, forums, or professional networks.
