The Opportunity

As a Senior IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives at our Lenzburg location. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ICT systems, providing technical expertise, and driving innovation within our organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Ensure system reliability: Maintain the high availability of our critical ICT systems, including servers, networks, backups, virtualization, and applications
• Proactive planning: Plan and implement the lifecycle activities of IT systems and applications in collaboration with suppliers
• Drive digital transformation: Contribute to the realization of our digital roadmap through projects such as cloud connections and automation
• Provide technical support: Offer expert support to users and troubleshoot ICT-related issues
• Manage projects: Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

Your Background

• Education: Completed training as an IT specialist (EFZ) with further education (HF/FH)
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of Windows client/server, virtualization (VMware), software packaging, and monitoring
• Personality: Analytical, proactive, communicative, solution-oriented, team-oriented, and very independent
• Security: Strong understanding of cybersecurity and its best practices
• Languages: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
