Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Senior ISR Training Specialist at Hurlburt AFB, FL. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command A2's (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide formal training for personnel assigned to support Air Operations Center.
• Prepare course materials, develop training exercises, and keep curriculum up to date with any technology, system, or tool updates.
• Deliver pre-mission briefings and deliver academic testing at close of training events.
• Training topics shall include ISR collection platform fundamentals (RADAR/IR theory, SIGINT, GEOINT, Special Payloads, Weapons Capabilities/employment and Threats), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, and introduction to core Air Force mission sets supported by the ISR community to include: Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Close Air Support, Combat Search and Rescue, Counter-land, Counter-Sea, and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Certified as IQT/MQT trainer and/or evaluator for USAF ISR collection platforms/weapon systems.
• Graduate of AOC Course.
• TS/SCI security clearance

Highly Desired:

• Experience and Certification as an AOC FTU instructor
• Experience with synthetic ISR scenario design and associated tools and software
• Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise

Pay Range:

Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
