• Responsive Design experience, working with Design System
• Communicate design solutions to engineers and stakeholders
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce the brand's style and voice through its visual touchpoints
• Designing flows and applying new UI and make those Agile Delivery ready
• Working with BAs, POs and UX designers to create a new Web experience

• 5+ years of experience as a UI Designer
• UI design portfolio
• Adaptability
• Communication, collaboration, and teamwork

• A user-centric mindset
• Attention to detail
• Creative and analytical approach
• Understanding of interaction design principles
• Proficiency in industry tools such as XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Azure RP
• Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
