We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our Cash and Lending team to help develop and manage our sweep program and lead strategic cash initiatives and solutions for our clients. In this role, the Senior Manager will partner with cross functional teams and work with management to define the vision, scope, and roadmap for our cash offer.

This is a full-time position in our Concord, CA office with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with leaders on strategic direction of AssetMark's cash management programs and services
  • Own the complete product life cycle, ensuring products remain competitive and meet the company's long-term strategic direction as well as operational and financial objectives while always emphasizing the overall client experience.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to support product initiatives by developing a business case, facilitating discussions, analyzing results, and synthesizing learnings
  • Function as a subject matter expert (SME) for internal and external business partners, participating in cross-functional projects, leveraging your knowledge of product, client needs and industry trends to drive desired business outcomes
  • Develop business analysis to ensure that product initiatives meet clients' needs and business objectives
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to understand how clients and prospects are adopting our products and how we can evolve the offer to better meet their needs
  • Develop presentation materials for executive review
  • Effectively manage internal partner and key vendor relationships

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to conduct financial modeling and analyze large data sets to help inform solid decisions; Strong Excel skills are a must
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to comprehend and translate complex issues to senior management, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to use power point to effectively communicate ideas and stories
  • A proactive self-starter/team player attitude.
  • The ability to think creatively and strategically to problem solve

Education & Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in a relevant role such as product management, consulting, or clients experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience, an MBA is a plus
  • Some knowledge of the cash products and RIAs / Broker-Dealer distribution channels preferred

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $112,000-$130,000.

This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location.

This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
