Synopsis of the role:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business
objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. This role will provide necessary HR solutions to all key stakeholders and ensure its business is well resourced with desired people to achieve their desired business outcomes.
What you'll do
Implement HR policies, processes, procedures and initiatives
- Update existing local HR policies, processes and procedures
- Provide support and solution to the management team to resolve employee relations issues
- Work with global HR to implement relevant HR processes
- Maintain compliance to local employment laws and regulations
- Recommend market best practices, review policies and procedures to be in
- compliance as well as to attract talent
Employee Engagement
- Take proactive measures to control attrition
- Drive engagement conversations
- Design and execute engagement calendar activities
- Assess data to arrive at key HR metrics for analysis and insights
Onboarding, Induction & Exit Management
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new joiners
- Plan and conduct weekly and quarterly induction
- Ensure seamless exit of employees
- Provide accurate payroll inputs for new joiners and exit employees as per timelines
Performance Management
- Educate and support managers and employees for SMART objectives setting
- Manage feedback and review process as per timelines Lead Talent review and succession planning exercise and ensure timely closure
Learning & Organization Development
- Manage and support L&D activities and implement training locally
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Design and deliver training programs
- Track and monitor implementation of key learnings
Workday management and Reporting
- Implement and manage Workday modules
- Ensure Workday contains accurate information
- Timely report any system configuration issues
- Train local employee and managers to use the system effectively and efficiently
- Provide inputs for Workday automation
Global HR Initiatives and Projects
- Manage and support global HR initiatives
- Provide accurate reporting & analytics to global HR
- Support global HR adhoc projects
What Experience you need
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Human resources domain, with atleast 5 years of experience as an HRBP
- MBA in HR / PG qualification in HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter

- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including HRBP, Learning, Organization development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition.
