About the Role
As the Marketing Lead for one of our Store N°8's portfolio companies, you'll be responsible for communicating our brands' message and value-propositions to the right customers at the right time, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with consumer insights, product, and design teams to prove product-market fit and inform product development, develop and launch go-to-market strategy through trial and adoption and deliver an experience that millions of Walmart customers love.
To succeed in this role, you will be someone who has a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and retention through industry best practices both in a B2C and B2B environment.
What You Will Do:
- Design and execute customer testing approach to validate team hypotheses and use the insights to inform product development and our commercial strategy
- Lead the marketing efforts in our new market launches, develop and execute tactical go-to-market plan to drive customer awareness, adoption, conversion, and retention
- Work with Strategy and Product team to define funnel metrics, track & report on metrics on a regular basis and define action plan to improve marketing performance
- Build a brand identity that is appealing not only with our customers but also our B2B customers
- Work with (external) graphic design amd copywriting staff and Walmart stakeholders to plan and produce materials. Ensure that all materials are effectively communicating the go-to-market plan and aligned with brand identity.
- Support the Head of partnership in marketing efforts for B2B business development
- Test and develop new tactics to diversify our approach to marketing
- Conduct regular customer interviews/ surveys to gain valuable customer insights and build compelling customer personas to build customer empathy among the team
- Craft a compelling customer value proposition and marketing approach that drives customer awareness, adoption, and retention of our products
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years product marketing experience. Experience in early-stage consumer products a plus
- Experience working closely with tech organizations (I.e., product, engineering, design)
- Experience applying consumer insights to inform, define, and optimize product positioning
- Experience conceptualizing, building, shipping and operating consumer products.
- Multi-year track record of efficiently partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate outsized focus on customer

The annual salary range for this position is $119,000.00-$221,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
