Senior Manager, Operations & Finance

Overview

Hello! We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Finance & Operations to drive alignment between our operations and strategic objectives. This role will collaborate closely with our leadership team to enhance productivity, manage financial planning, and optimize our operational processes.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with company leaders to support and implement strategic business initiatives that drive the company forward.
• Collaborate with leadership to align operational initiatives with overall business objectives and improve cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
• Manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure financial health and sustainability.
• Work closely with Accounting to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis that supports informed decision-making.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company & identify ways to optimize operational processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• Develop and implement best practices to streamline operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in negotiations with external parties to secure optimal contracts that align with company objectives and ensure compliance.
• Manage operations & accounting teams - ensuring they are supported & engaged in their work

Who You Are

• 3-5+ years of experience in operations management, financial planning, or a similar role, with a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial metrics and reporting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong management skills with an ability to inspire, motivate & empower team members
• Proficient in project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in negotiating contracts with external partners, vendors & attorneys, ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
• Strong plus if you have experience in the YouTube and digital content space, with an understanding of production operations

• Compensation: $90,000-$130,000 annual salary
