Senior Manager, Operations Improvement

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

• Oversees entire general maintenance and HVAC/R maintenance for 38 facilities
• Leads 3 FS. Manager roles encompassing General Maintenance and HVAC/R
• Works cross functionally with Store Managers and Market Managers on their facility services needs
• 60% Travel - Mostly just within the region and maybe some to Home Office
• Oversee budget
• Manage and evaluate workflow
• Ensure tickets are being escalated properly
• Works directly with different vendors and contractors
• Must be available for EOC and emergency response work

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
