Work with leadership and project sponsor(s) to establish project performance goals, metrics, and baseline measures. Establish and maintain effective communications with team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Communicate portfolio status to identified stakeholders through regular review.
  • (30%) Provide direct people management of portfolio, program and project managers, project coordinators and analysts within the PMO. Provide coaching, guidance, feedback, and ongoing support of their professional and personal development.
  • (25%) Continuously evaluate overall portfolio proactively for risks and issues as well as cross-project / cross-program interdependencies, both within your portfolio and across portfolios. • (10%) Lead advancement of project management competencies, including development of methodology and tools, development and delivery of education/training, completion of quality reviews and coaching others engaged in project management activities - focusing on responsible BU/Function, but coordinating and partnering with peers across the enterprise in the ePMO to ensure consistency
