Senior Manager, Rebate Analytics - Express Scripts - Hybrid

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Rebate Analytics is responsible for the leadership of a team of advisors in the utilization of departmental resource tools (Excel/Teradata/Access based) in support of formulary decisions, new opportunity analysis, and financial guarantee reviews. As part of this role the Sr. Manager will ensure rebate guarantees are understood and tracked for strategic market clients. With direction from the Sr. Director, develops and maintains complex financial guarantee models, opportunity analyses, ad hoc rebate analysis, and other rebate related activities as assigned by Sr. Director. Additionally, the Sr. Manager will provide tracking and communication to senior leadership for the value associated with key strategic initiatives and financial targets.

Essential Functions

• Leadership of a team of advisors in providing accurate and timely rebate financials
• Design/Develop/Maintain models and processes for guarantee review, opportunity analysis and ad hoc analysis
• Provide continual updates to leadership on rebate guarantee tracking- maintain and update the financial value associated with key strategic clients
• Adhoc analyses in support of contracted rate & formulary changes.
• Other Ad-Hoc Projects/Requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree, Finance, Healthcare or related area/MBA a plus
• At least 7 -9 years of relevant work experience
• Strong Leadership, highly organized, motivated to successfully meet deadlines, analytical, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience with all MS Office applications and SQL.
• Excellent quantitative skills and ability to perform complex mathematical analysis and advanced problem solving.
• Thorough knowledge of PBM business model
• Excellent Communication skills, oral and written.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical rebate contracts a plus
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced - ever changing environment
• Excellent relationship building and cross functional skills
