We have a rare opportunity for a Senior Manager - Regional Sales/Strategic accounts based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage any assigned major strategic accounts considered critical to our company's success, aligning all internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and dedication to our products and support offerings. This includes regular internal and external meetings that include forecasting of events, prompt dispute resolution, long term planning, creative collaboration with customer to further their alliance and dependence on our relationship, contract performance reviews and reporting and contract negotiations. The major accounts include large USG programs such as the US Air Force, OEM aftermarket support contracts such as Textron Aviation, large commercial operators such as FedEx and national FBO networks such as Constant Aviation.
  • Create competitive responses to USG RFP's working with all internal stakeholders such as operations, finance, Leasco and CMO while maintaining confidentiality between multiple potential prime contractor's unique bid requirements.
  • Manage USG contracts with prime contractors ensuring compliance with both the contract terms and USG FAR/DFAR requirements. This includes developing relationships within customer's organization from their procurement, operations and management teams to ensure we are aligned and to better position ourselves for future USG awards.
  • Create and maintain solid business connections with the customers and potential customers for an assigned geographical territory (South East US)
  • Reach the established sales quotas, prepare and maintain forecasts of sales for the organization;
  • Make demonstrations on the use and the characteristics of the products and all of our new commercial services;
  • Work closely with operations, event management and rental team with respect to engine services
  • Prepare quotations, LTA's, tenders and various reports/ratios;
  • Solve the problems and the questions of the customers in a suitable way;
  • Communicate the ideas for the development of products;
  • Take part in the development of plans of strategic sale;
  • Visit customers and attend trade shows as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Aeronautics with 10+ years of experience; OR an Advanced Degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience
  • US Person Status required due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional autonomy and business enthusiast and evolving mindset
  • Possess self-motivation, team oriented and positive attitude
  • Bilingual
  • Successful relationship building skills in a long sales cycle business
  • Understanding of general business/contractual aspects of sales (including general contract clauses, credit approvals, delivery agreements);
  • Excellent negotiation/problem solving/presentation skills along with strong strategic thinking and creativity to achieve Win-Win complex solutions
  • Ability to lead the sales effort and opportunity closure is essential
  • Ability to develop territory, strong computer skills
  • Frequent Travel
  • Strong working knowledge of aircraft industry is desirable.
  • Aircraft airframe and Engine OEM account management and/or sales experience is a plus

Nous avons une opportunite rare pour un directeur regional senior des ventes/comptes strategiques aux États-Unis.

Principales Responsabilites:
  • Gestion des comptes majeurs consideres strategiques et critiques pour le succès de notre compagnie en alignant tous les principaux intervenants internes afin d'assurer une satisfaction de la clientèle et ayant les attributs de nos produits et services. Ceci inclus des reunions internes et externes qui comprendrons les previsions des evenements moteur, resolution des disputes, planification long terme, collaboration creative avec les clients afin d'approfondir nos relations avec ceux-ci en ce qui a trait au developpement de solutions, revue de nos performances et emission de rapports incluant differentes negociations de contrats. Les comptes strategiques inclus les contrats gouvernementaux du gouvernement americain, avionneurs (OEM) pour le support après-vente tel que Textron Aviation, importants operateurs par exemple FedEx et FBO d'envergure nationale tel que Constant Aviation.
  • Responsable de la creation de nos reponses aux demandes du gouvernement americain incluant nos intervenants internes tel que : operation, finance, Leaseco et CMO tout en respectant la confidentialite de multiples demandeurs pour la même demande de service.
  • Gestion des contrats du gouvernement americain avec les contracteurs en place en s'assurant de la conformite des termes de contrat et des exigences des FAR/DFAR du gouvernement americain. Ceci inclus de developper des relations a l'interne de nos clients en l'occurrence, de leur departement des achats, des operations et des gestionnaires de ceux-ci et s'assurer de notre alignement pour nous positionner pour les futurs demandes du gouvernement americain.
  • Creer et maintenir des solides relations d'affaires avec les clients et potentiels clients pour le territoire geographique (Sud Est des États-Unis);
  • Atteindre les quotas de vente etablis, preparer et maintenir des previsions de ventes pour l'organisation;
  • Faire des demonstrations sur l'utilisation et les caracteristiques des produits incluant tous nos nouveaux services;
  • Travailler activement avec le groupe des operations, relations client et equipe de location ainsi que le personnel de nos usines;
  • Preparer des propositions, soumissions et divers rapports;
  • Resoudre les problèmes et s repondes aux questions des clients de manière appropriee;
  • Communiquer les idees pour le developpement de produits;
  • Participer a l'elaboration de plans de vente strategique;
  • Visiter les clients et les salons commerciaux, au besoin.

Qualifications Minimum:
  • Detenir un baccalaureat en Administration ou en Aeronautique avec 10+ ans d'experience ou un diplôme du niveau post Bachelier dans un domaine relie avec 7+ ans d'experience
  • Statut de personne americaine requis en raison d'un contrat gouvernemental
