Walmart Connect is seeking a Senior Manager of Display Operations to lead our Display Enablement & Support Operations team. This role will manage a larger group of associates that drive channel operations and support across our Display verticals. We're looking for leaders with a proven track record managing change, operational strategy, and high-performing associates.

This is not a remote position and will require reporting into either our San Bruno, CA or Hoboken, NJ offices.

Job Responsibilities
• Partner with associates, stakeholders, and peers to identify strategic improvement opportunities
• Autonomously translate opportunities into business goals, proposals, and implementation plans
• Secure buy-in from key constituents (decision-makers, functional leaders, primary stakeholders)
• Successfully cascade thought leadership across groups, influencing employees and XFN partners
• Coach team members regularly to enhance knowledge, performance, and XFN partnership
• Constantly elicit product sentiment and relay feedback to influence product design & stability
• Manage ongoing delivery of various projects, responsibilities, and standards across associates
• Enable employee development to maximize associate growth and performance
• Actively participate in discussion to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of team functions
• Maintain employee satisfaction, foster a positive team culture, and make improvements
• Grow & maintain relationships with stakeholders through exceptional partnership and service
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
• Manage team capacity, strategic planning, and executional performance

Minimum Qualifications
• 4+ years of digital media/advertising experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of Ad Operations-focused experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Excited by a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Ability to multitask & manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or other post-baccalaureate degree
• Publisher-side Ad/Operations experience
• Experience with service management through Salesforce, JIRA
• Analytical thinking and experience solving problems autonomously
• Excellent stakeholder negotiation and customer management
• Proven track record driving operational excellence at scale

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
