Job Description
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations, you will lead the data and reporting strategies for our Marketing team. You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on various marketing campaigns and key metrics to evaluate success, measure ROI, and determine best practices. You will work closely with our Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to gain a deep understanding of how customer data is structured in our systems and determine the right strategies and reporting needs for unlocking that data to help us improve every day.
Responsibilities:

Create and manage key SalesForce (SFDC) and Tableau dashboards and reports that enable our Marketing teams to effectively run their campaigns and programs

Own our marketing attribution framework and drive improvements through additional modeling, tool & system adoption, and process improvements

Monitor marketing efficiency and ROI by creating reporting that clearly ties back marketing spend with our demand & brand program efforts

Partner with IT to create and manage the key data sets within our data warehouse that can be used to improve our marketing reporting and analytics

Own our instance of Google Analytics and partner with our digital marketing teams to drive our A/B testing strategies, ensure we are collecting the right data for our reporting needs, and communicate results and provide recommendations for future campaigns
Qualifications:
-
Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and core KPIs and data

5-7 years of experience working in marketing analytics, digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations or other related disciplines

Experience with a variety of marketing and business intelligence technologies; Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
