Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist to join our growing Investment Management team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team-player, capable of managing a high-volume of projects in a fast-paced environment, has both solid design skills and writing skills, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where strategic and proactive solutions are celebrated and rewarded. This role will support the strategy and production of campaigns that drive marketing and communication goals for the investment team. Organization and resourcefulness are essential for this position. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helps develop and execute on strategic marketing projects from conception to finality
• Research, make recommendations for projects, and understand and articulate how marketing can support the business to achieve its objectives
• Delivers cutting-edge, creative marketing deliverables utilizing Adobe Creative Suite
• Designs marketing packages and brochures, e-blast, reports, presentations, offering memorandums, websites/landing pages, ad campaigns, social media campaigns, etc.
• Manages the marketing of all developments across the Investment Management portfolio
• Creates content based on strategic objectives and that drives visual strategy
• Collaborates with Stream’s local marketing teams to build and execute successful, impactful, and strategic marketing plans
• Exceptional in translating creative strategy into creative direction, designing with a bigger picture in mind, and preparing presentations, all with exceptional follow-through
• Proven knowledge of core commercial real estate concepts and ability to translate into marketing outcomes
• Can stay in front of marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our developments
• Works with Stream’s National Marketing team to build and execute press releases for internal/external channels
• Understands Stream’s Investment Management platform, technologies, and reporting to connect the dots and assist professionals in leveraging resources for their success in the context of marketing
• Acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring quality control with all internal and external deliverables produced
• Interacts with internal stakeholders, market leaders, external agencies and external stakeholders, working well across multiple viewpoints
• Manages competing priorities and managing timelines and expectations
• Continuously drives for improvement and sustainable change, intellectually curious, flexible, and adaptable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience required (commercial real estate experience preferred)
• Experience providing marketing support to a team of sales professionals with ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities
• Ability to (1) work autonomously and effectively cross-manage multiple projects at one time and (2) work collaboratively with internal clients to discuss and determine best strategy and approach given the context of any marketing project
• Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience with WordPress or other web platforms a plus
• Experience with Ceros interactive presentation platform is a plus
• Strong project management skills with experience working with project management platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• Tech savvy, curious, collaborative, flexible, and resourceful
• Stays on top of marketing trends to help generate brand awareness and position our developments and investment business.
• Adapts well to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines
• Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent required
