WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Senior Partner Rep:
Responsible for the sales operations of the organization. Develops and implements sales strategies, monitors customer, competitor and industry activity. Responsible for research, business development and sales administration.
Develops and execute strategies with strategic accounts; including semi- annual account business plans and monthly revenue targets. Drives business through accounts by utilizing customer service skills and building strong relationships based upon product/category and marketplace expertise which results in consistent target attainment.
This role does embraces the following: Multiple teams, smaller projects/ programs, and mid-size external customers.
Senior professional role. Evaluates and selects the right course of action. Uses a variety of skills including but not limited to: sophisticated research, analytical , technical, and problem-solving skills.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you'll be working with our Sport 2000 EMEA Sales, EHQ Buying Group, Merchandising and CFoP Teams.
A typical day/week looks like:
Accountability - Develop and deliver strategic plans against financial targets
Relationship - Serve as CFOP primary point of contact within designated marketplace
Integration - Serve as a liaison and advocate for our account partners to our internal teams
Pre-season - Create assortment and sell-in strategy, develop financial forecast for total portfolio, execute partner engagement meetings
In-season - Pursue in-season at-once orders, track sales trends, provide marketplace insights, and ensure MAP compliance
Operational - Ensure orders are entered fully and on time, develop solutions for late or canceled orders
Marketing - Help facilitate any additional brand marketing events with specific product launches
Product - Sample management, showroom set up and takedown seasonally.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will be part of the AGS Partner Key Sports team, reporting directly to the AGS Key Sports Partner Director. To be successful in this role, you will need to collaborate with various business teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders such as NMP Commercial and Supporting Teams, mainly Sales & Merch.
WHAT YOU BRING
Proven and relevant business partnership experience in a retail or wholesale environment.
Account Management & commercial experience, acquired in Sales, Buying, Merchandising or Finance, etc.
Proven ability to manage partner relationships and drive profitability through strategic planning and financial analysis .
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience working and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
Strategic thinking with very efficient problem-solving skills with proactive attitude
Strong commercial and business acumen
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
German and English languages are needed for this role
