Job Summary:
As the Senior PMO C&M , you will manage critical programs and projects across the Consumer and Marketplace portfolio. Working with technical, product, and business teams, you will ensure successful program delivery through effective planning, coordination, and execution. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, cross-domain collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. This position reports to the Director of GC Tech Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the planning and delivery of projects and programs, balancing agile and waterfall approaches as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with business and technology objectives.
Execute day-to-day project management tasks, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
Provide detailed program reporting, highlighting status, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure program governance and compliance with organizational frameworks and standards.
Act as a liaison between technical teams, business owners, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support organizational change initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience , preferably in technical environments, and with a focus across retail and digital.
Agile/Scrum experience required; PMP certification a bonus.
Solid understanding of project management tools and techniques, including experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar toolsets.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a multicultural, geographically distributed setting.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present effectively to stakeholders.
Experience working in a highly technical environment with familiarity with digital platforms and application delivery.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Fluency in English (both written and oral) is a must with previous international experience/exposure desired.
