Senior Process Improvement Specialist

The Leidos Intelligence Group is seek an immediate need for an Enhancement Specialist / Process Improvement Specialist: Senior to support our customer in Springfield Virginia. You will assist in providing change management ad process improvement support to optimize the customer production and dissemination process.

Duties;

• Assist customer in supporting the review of mission, functions, process and integration.
• Assist in customer in developing course of action and plans of specific priorities and efforts that integrate goals and objectives of each effort into one cohesive direction.
• Assist in providing a full spectrum organization design and integration between custom with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop analytical methodologies to identify areas where customer can support mission requirements-with emphasis on Maritime Safety of Navigation.
• Provide facilitation support including identifying topics and speakers, designing & facilitating meetings, and documenting/tracking actions items.
• Assist customer in providing change management support including communication and training.

Skills and Experience

Required:

• Typically requires a BA degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• 7 years of demonstrated experience in the following activities: transformation management, change management, organizational management
• 5 years of demonstrated experience in the following activities: communication, training, facilitation and process improvement.
• Experience working in fast-paced and changing environment with multiple priorities while maintain composure and flexibility in a structured environment.

Desired:

• Experience supporting organization through transformation and change management for DoD or Intelligence partners.
• Knowledge of customers partners
• Knowledge or experience with maritime navigation, date, products and services.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
