Your future contribution:
As a Senior API Product Manager at HomeToGo, you will lead the strategy, development, and adoption of our API platform, driving innovation and delivering value to our customers and partners. You will play a key role in shaping the future direction of our API products and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure their success.
How you’ll add value:
- Lead the development of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our API products, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to prioritize and plan API feature development.
- Define clear product requirements and specifications, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Drive API adoption and usage by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including developer outreach, educational initiatives, and community engagement.
- Monitor API performance and usage metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize API scalability, reliability, and usability.
- Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on API-related topics, providing guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in the API space, and incorporate relevant insights into product strategy.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the product management team, fostering their growth and development.
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management (preferably in the travel industry), with a focus on API products and platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and executing API product strategies that drive business growth and customer value.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of API design principles, RESTful architecture, and web technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus on product priorities and decisions.
- Experience with API analytics, developer relations, and community management is highly desirable.
- Passion for technology innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your future contribution:
We're on the lookout for a top-notch team player to step into the role of Senior Software Engineer (PHP) within our Paid Marketing team. This opportunity allows you to dive into the world of enhancing and managing our extensive marketing applications and handling systems for millions of paid marketing campaigns. Your contribution will be crucial in the ongoing development and care of our product.
How you’ll add value:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to plan and execute a data-driven roadmap
- Contribute to best practices and continuously improve the code and architecture of our systems
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of our high-scale systems
- Develop tests and monitoring systems to maintain project maintainability
- Utilize your expertise in PHP development, frameworks (such as Symfony), and design patterns
- Demonstrate knowledge of highly scalable distributed systems
- Implement Test-Driven Development practices to ensure quality code
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in developing systems using PHP
- Have strong experience with enterprise MVC frameworks, ideally Symfony
- Posses basic principles knowledge like SOLID and DRY
- Are proficiency in design patterns
- Have strong SQL and data organization skills, with expertise in MySQL/MariaDB
- Designing asynchronous systems involves utilizing a queue-based system, with expertise with RabbitMQ
- Posses experience working with Docker for containerization
- Posses experience working with highly scalable distributed systems
- Are familiarity with Redis for high-performance caching (or any other caching system)
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
