About The Role:
We are looking a Senior Product Manager to join our Upgrade Card vertical. In this pivotal role, you'll own and drive key initiatives shaping user experiences and value. The role is perfect for those who are self-motivated and excel in an agile environment. Youāll be responsible for leading and collaborating with designers, engineers, marketers, and key partners to deliver impactful, measurable outcomes.Ā Please note that this is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office, with onsite work on Tuesdays and Thursdays.Ā
What You'll Do:
- Define and implement key initiatives for Upgradeās credit card product, the Upgrade Card, including critical platform features and growth initiatives
- Work closely with the internal teams and third-party vendors to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues across the businessĀ
- Define new products and features with specs, wireframes, and product flows.
- Work cross-functionally to define, develop, launch and scale our product.
- Analyze the impact of product features and define key metrics for success.
What We Look For:Ā
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to lead and resolve questions across organizational stakeholders.
- Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web analytics and A/B testing software.
Nice to Have:Ā
- Experience in financial services and credit card programs preferred.Ā
- Previous experience as an analyst/data analyst/product analyst.Ā

The compensation range of this position in San Francisco, CA is USD $170,000 - $200,000 annually plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
