Job Description
Quickbase is transforming how companies see, connect, and control the complex projects that are reshaping our world. We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager of Market Intelligence to help us build programs that bring market, competitive, and customer insight to key parts of the business.
In this role, you will be the source of knowledge within the company for competitive intel. You will help define our competitive landscape and develop a clear vision of our core differentiation in the market.
In this highly cross-functional role, you will partner with several teams across the business, including product, sales, customer success, solutions, and the rest of the marketing team, to ensure that Quickbase is competitively positioned in the market.
How you will make an impact:

Competitive Research. Outline our competitive landscape and research top competitors to build in-depth competitive analysis documentation.

Market Research: Run both qualitative and quantitative market research to understand market perception, gather buyer insights, test new messaging, concept test product or feature names, etc.

Analyst Relations: Partner with our product team and AR firm to gather analyst insights on our market category while helping position Quickbase and its capabilities to the key analysts in our space.

Customer Insights: Gather the voice of our customers to inform our product development and marketing programs through customer interviews, surveys, in-product channels, and through leveraging our community channels, etc.

Win-loss: Partner with other teams to build, run and curate insights from a comprehensive win-loss program.

Sales Enablement: Create battle cards, sales slides, landing pages and other sales and marketing assets and work with GTM enablement teams on competitive sales onboarding and training programs.

Market intelligence programs: Build ongoing programs to curate and share competitive and market knowledge to ensure everyone across the company is up to date on the latest competitive and market trends.
About you:
-
You have at least 5+ years of prior experience in a product marketing role doing competitive intelligence, market research or building voice of customer programs

You have experience with B2B Enterprise SaaS software (familiarity with no-code/low-code or Project management software is a plus)
