Senior Product Owner

Let's start with the role

As a Senior Product Owner in the Customer Account team, you will drive the vision and development of core functions such as registration, deposit, withdrawal and more. Leveraging agile best practices, you will lead the development of new product features, enhance the user experience, and support the product journey from conception to launch.

As a Senior Product Owner, Customer Account you will:

• Lead one or more Scrum teams as the Product Owner.
• Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Customer Account product.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and data science, to deliver high-quality product features.
• Integrate features into Customer Account products to keep them fresh and engaging.
• Enhance the user experience by applying user-centered design principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Support the product development lifecycle from initial concept to market launch and beyond.
• Analyze user data and feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, revenue, and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
• Experience with customer-facing products and user experience improvements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
